<Hermes`> PE, we talked about it on Tuesdays session. It is a enhanced version of the MPE
<Hermes`> it is actually called a Heart Core Exercise
<Hermes`> which can be used also to heal things

<Hermes`> or fix things

<DA_bragga> Hermes > about that log file.. When will scientists and doctors see the light??? or will the knowledge we carry always be esoteric?
<Hermes`> I think in the next 10 to 50 years there will be a gradual awakening toward it by the sciences
<DA_bragga> I'm thinking about how the mind can change the body etc... depressions...

<DA_bragga> I have experienced the strangest things lately... things that looked really simple and not at all worth thinking about... BUT... Greater magic at work here!!
<DA_bragga> Eg... today... I hadn´t finished all my work for the pupils... And I had to do a lesson where I would let them to something else while I finished.,,
<Hermes`> what kinds of things
<DA_bragga> I was a bit concerned about it... BUT THEN! All of a sudden, the woman who has been teaching them last year, just "materializes" out of nowhere, wanting to borrow the kids for ½an hour!
<DA_bragga> just the time I needed... So amazing... Unconscious RCing!
<Hermes`> nice, good job there
<DA_bragga> I am doing this all the time.. *lol* But Hermes... I'm not really doing anything...
<Hermes`> well the system is supposed to be effortless
<Hermes`> no doubt you have a great inner knowledge of this system.
<DA_bragga> it sure is... =) But I guess I have to start the conscious RC really soon... or what?

<DA_bragga> Well, one thing that has ABRUPTLY changed my life, is that I've started to love myself, truly love... that has taken down a lot of barriers...

<DA_bragga> yeah... the wild thing about it was that at some point I realized that it was a mind game... Was there any reason whatsoever for not loving oneself?
<DA_bragga> I couldn't find any... So I just started... =)
<Hermes`> for some reason many people think that love is just something to direct outward and that when directed inward it is shameful. This of course is not true. You can't really love another person correctly until you love yourself.
<DA_bragga> Yup yup... Love is a universal force! To be in the flow of love itself!!!
<Hermes`> absolutely, exactly
<DA_bragga> the difficult thing about it is .. as you say... people only think of personal love...
<DA_bragga> and they attach this to another person.. or in worse cases to things...
<DA_bragga> I am starting to love all and everyone unattached.. (I'm trying! =)
<Hermes`> well as long as you keep trying you will keep improving with it.

<DA_bragga> so what's that thing about meditation, Hermes? Group med. as the last time with the quest? (read about it)

<Hermes`> you go into a light meditation for 7 minutes and then afterward recall any images or feelings you had, and we talk about it here.

<Hermes`> no, but the more the better the energy will be

<DA_bragga> First I spent a lot of time (felt like it) trying to see something... but when I finally relaxed I came to a yellow and warm room...
<DA_bragga> there was a kind of good-natured but naughty boy in there... shortly after it changed...
<DA_bragga> to some red -... ehhh.. not a room anymore... kind of fluffy...
<DA_bragga> can't get any further.. the alarm went off here...
<Hermes`> well I felt warm energy around and saw some yellow flames or light.
<DA_bragga> okay! No coincidence, huh?
<Hermes`> I'm sure it is
<Hermes`> the energy was yellow and warm today, towards the end I started to send some pink energy around
<Hermes`> which may have been the color change you noticed
<DA_bragga> wooow... Why pink?
<Hermes`> well we were talking about self love and that is the color for it.
<Hermes`> I thought it would be nice to send some of that into the group
<DA_bragga> cool!
<Hermes`> Thurstall the Knight from Camelot I saw for a bit. We were in one of the rooms in the castle, sitting at a big table.

<Hermes`> There is the place in Malkuth called Camelot. Thurstall is the guide that lets you into there.
<DA_bragga> Ahh... Have to lift off soon... Stuff to do... Places to go!

<Hermes`> the group meditation is a good way to start the process because lots of that travel energy circulates around in them
