<Ren^> ohh, I'm happy to find out that I was wrong :)
<Hermes`> in know those time zones things are very confusing
<Ren^> ahh good, so we still have time. I had an interesting dream Tuesday after our last chat
<Hermes`> what happened?
<Ren^> actually I met with you in my dream...
<Ren^> I'm not sure how I knew that it was you, also I don't recall how did you look like in my dream
<Ren^> well, I think I just knew it
<Hermes`> yes that is usually the way it is, you just know who it is.
<Ren^> anyway.. You was organizing a round-meditation
<Ren^> there were something like 8 or 9 other people as well
<Ren^> so we all sit around a table, and you lit the candle in the middle
<Ren^> and then we all joined our hands
<Ren^> it was very pleasant sensation, like becoming one with other people around!
<Ren^> like, now I could do/feel everything that others did/feel
<Ren^> it became easy to feel my own and group energy..
<Ren^> and that was about it for the meditation part
<Hermes`> was that the end?
<Ren^> actually not the end..
<Ren^> sometime later in dream you was showing us pictures that you've painted :)
<Ren^> very inspiring..
<Ren^> in one there was a pure being of light, surrounded with white/light blue energy fields..
<Ren^> also some funny things too, like in this picture there was a small almost-invisible cartoon cat at the bottom,
<Ren^> you couldn't see the cat from far away, only if you examine picture closely.. And you'd call the picture "a silly cat" :)
<Ren^> in other picture there was a sunset.. But the sun was rising not from horizon, but from the earth itself
<Ren^> they were beautiful
<Ren^> well, that's about it..
<Hermes`> wow
<Hermes`> I don't remember the meditation, but I do remember showing some people how to create colors and energy patterns.
<Hermes`> I'm glad I was not the only one there.
<Ren^> yes, the colors was very vivid.. like the white color. There was several different white colors
<Hermes`> it was a sort of demonstration of what you could do nonphysically with energy and focus.
<Hermes`> that is real good that you remembered it
<Hermes`> the meditation too probably happened but I did not bring that part back with me.
<Ren^> now it seems strange that there are things I just _know_ in my dream.. Where does this knowledge comes from?
<Ren^> like, I knew that in the picture was sunset, and sun was rising from earth, not crashing in it.. Although couldn't tell from picture
<Hermes`> well in the nonphysical you must know things. Information is transmitted telepathically.
<Hermes`> must = just^
<Hermes`> it is like there is the spoken component and then unspoken
<Ren^> you mean, that the picture somehow "told me" telepathically that "I'm sunrise!"? :)
<Hermes`> yes
<Hermes`> everything in the nonphysical communicates in some way.
<Hermes`> most of this communication is in the unspoken mode.
<Hermes`> this of course makes it very difficult to use deception in the nonphysical. If I say on thing and think another both will be transmitted.
<Hermes`> that lesson of the other nonphysical night, was also about creating inner harmony and beauty within ones self.
<Ren^> how do you mean
<Hermes`> well the pictures were as much about external realities as they were about internal ones.
<Hermes`> how you can be the being of light, and how you can be the sunrise on a planet
<Ren^> wow..
<Hermes`> I suppose the meditation part was the prelude: feel the harmony, feel one with the universe. Then create the harmony and the oneness with the universe.
<Ren^> how sad that I'm no artist.. Would be great to actually paint them!
<Hermes`> yes, I too wish that some of those things could be rendered in the physical.

<s0r> hermes,got some riflessions and questions about RC..
<s0r> mostly about emotions and thoughts
<Hermes`> okay go ahead
<s0r> lets take children's,they create their word perfectly
<s0r> I think because they use their emotions and less thinking
<s0r> they are pure hearth
<s0r> we grow and we use more thoughts and less emotions
<s0r> while we think we create everything from good to bad
<s0r> but if we use only emotions the beast can predominate
<s0r> so..basically I'm looking for a way to use thoughts and emotions together and looking for some suggestions
<Hermes`> your reality creating can be quite powerful with thought focuses and a dash of emotion added.
<Hermes`> thoughts can be looked at as the control factor, and...
<Hermes`> emotions as the power behind the creation.
<Hermes`> first you need to focus the thought properly and then you allow your emotion to flow into that thought.
<Hermes`> of course you have to be vigilant on how much emotion you do add to this mix.
<Hermes`> too much emotion and you won't be able to control the creation..
<Hermes`> too little and you won't get the creation off the ground.
<Hermes`> you will have to experiment to find the right mix, but a good guideline is to just add a pinch of emotion. You don't need much.
<s0r> the right is always in the middle..
<Hermes`> it seems with reality creating and perhaps because we are normally prone to emotional runaway, that only a small bit of emotion is needed.
<s0r> I see..emotions are only humans?and why we have them?
<s0r> you know there are times,looking at the nature or in some other occasions
<s0r> that I feel love for everything..and love is an emotion. I'll not feel the same emotions with thoughts
<Hermes`> well a bit of love for those thoughts can go a long way to speed the reality creating along.
<Hermes`> it is the heart chakra that transmutes spiritual energy onto the physical plane...
<Hermes`> so you need to have the heart chakra just a bit on the active side to make it do that.
<Hermes`> the problem is that as humans we tend to just blow out all our emotional energy on something. Once all that energy is gone then the reality that you are creating may fold up.
<Hermes`> so it is good practice to meter that emotional energy and dish it out as needed in small proportions, so that you will have enough to last the life of the reality you are creating.
<s0r> I see and I agree..
<s0r> also if the example of the children make me 'thought':)

<Hermes`> well just clear your mind and relax. If images or thoughts come to mind, make note of them without really focusing on them.
<Hermes`> if this is your first group meditation you may only feel some things

<Hermes`> I had the feeling of rolling over some grassy hills

<Hermes`> then I was in some kind of desert.
<Ren^> but there was some kind of tingle feeling in head (from head down to body). I also get this feeling when I'm listening some emotional _live_ music

<Hermes`> really, I thought you were not going to meditate Cyprus?
<Hermes`> the tingling could be the group energy
<Cyprus_> no
<Cyprus_> I didn´t
<Cyprus_> just a few seconds ago I felt dizzy
<Cyprus_> hard to explain

<Hermes`> well I would normally say that was from the meditation Cyprus, but being you did nor join in, I'm not sure what it was.
<Hermes`> but it is possible you picked up on the energy and then used it in some way Cyprus.
<Hermes`> Ren if you felt the energy then you did good for the first try.
<Hermes`> hay naf when did you show up?
<Cyprus_> what is the Asthar Command?
<Hermes`> that is the nonphysical alien group. It is made up of several alien ascended masters.
<naf> Hermes`, umm, about an hour ago. :)
<Cyprus_> what his its function?
<Hermes`> kind of like the function of human ascended masters, to train others and help them ascend.
<Cyprus_> do you know any being called Agasth/Agasthar (something like that)?
<Hermes`> my nonphysical contact with the Asthar Command is called Arcturus..
<Hermes`> the other ones I do not know or know their names.
<Cyprus_> I think that's the name of my spirit guide
<Cyprus_> but it may be only my imagination actually
<Hermes`> anything is possible

<GargowL> some months ago, I saw a spell, of invisibility...

<GargowL> to do it, you must imagine a ball of energy surrounding your body, and then imagine it slowly becoming of the same color as your surroundings until it became invisible...
<GargowL> then you would go unnoticed... people will see right through you, unless they know you well or if you physically interact with them...

<GargowL> and that made me think about ghosts.... they show up to people who knew them well in life and in photos or videos (and animals seem to see them as well), but otherwise they're invisible...
<GargowL> what do you think about it?
<Hermes`> well modern day invisibility is a product of concealing your aura. People see you or become aware that you are there because your energy field impacts their own energy field...
<Hermes`> so to become invisible you conceal your energy field from others...
<Cyprus_> I think that ghosts apparitions have nothing to do with that invisible thing
<Hermes`> you are not really invisible, just not being picked up by others as being there...

<Hermes`> with ghosts something similar applies
<Hermes`> a ghost is visible say to people because the ghosts energy field is impacting on the physical persons in a very powerful way, one that actually distorts normal physical site...
<Hermes`> it is easier for dead loved ones to do this with relatives because there is a better energy connection between them...
<Cyprus_> Ghosts are Etheric
<Hermes`> and as far as animals, animals are not as distracted by physical reality as we are, so they are more apt to pick up on this ghost energy and react to it.
<Hermes`> yes Ghosts are Etheric based and have no physical body.
<Cyprus_> they don´t materialize physically( hermes said it himself)
<Hermes`> ghosts can appear to be physical because they project their energy in such a way that distorts physical sight.
<GargowL> what does "Yeh-hah-shu-ah." mean?
<Hermes`> of course the same with sound.
<Hermes`> I believe it means "descend upon me the energy of concealment"

<Hermes`> that should be Hebrew
<Hermes`> it most likely is a call to some Hebrew god force.

<Hermes`> from what I can tell the name means "Christ", but the books do not really say why this works with invisibility.
<Hermes`> I know that it does do a good job of it, though because I use it often myself.

<Hermes`> you can do this mentally or even physically.

<Hermes`> you write the person's name on a piece of paper and the crumple it up. Place the paper into the trashcan. Put the lid on the can. Now every time you think about this person remember they are in the trashcan and can not come into your sphere unless you let them out.
<Hermes`> when you want to see this person, take the paper with their name out of the trashcan.

<Hermes`> the Wiccan way to do this is to put the person's name in a cup of water and put the glass in the freezer.
<Hermes`> lid=top of the trashcan.
<Hermes`> I prefer the trashcan method as it does not use up any energy and litter the freezer with a bunch of glasses.

<Hermes`> you can do this mentally or get a small trashcan just for this purpose
<Hermes`> make sure the can has a lid
<Hermes`> then put the names of people you rather not deal with just yet, in there.

<Hermes`> when the time comes that you want to deal with them, take them out of the can.
<Hermes`> you will find this most effective.

<GargowL> I got a problem: I love a girl, and I think she might love me... but I'm afraid that if I think she loves me it'll increase the pain if I find out she doesn't, but if I think she doesn't love, I may be RC.... What can I do??
<Hermes`> you do this all the time with your speech. You do this so much you are unaware of just what you are self-hypnotizing yourself in.

<Hermes`> Self hypnosis is really only for yourself. It is not a good idea to try hypnotize other people, without proper training.
