<Hermes`> yea fook I have read it too, but this is really the first time it has happened to me on a regular basis. I did not pay attention to it, but perhaps I should.

<fookey> ship was heading the position that the land was.. after this, I was at the next day... we were at the harbor, and there were a lot of people there.. they celebrated us (the ship must have been a re-supply vessel), I was taken to a king's castle to see the king.. there was also a wizard and a queen + some servants.. the wizard gave me a necklace.. about 10cm by 4cm stone in it.. the stone had a triangular shape.. it's borders were rough.. it was I

<fookey> completed a task.. so I thought I'd go for a swim in the lovely sea... but instead I found myself from a large grass filed, walking on my own, heading for somewhere.. then there was forest.. weather was fine.. the forest got more dense and night came.. I made fire and went down to sleep.. then I met a group of people / am.. or living somethings. could be dwarves.. I couldn't find out, my cellular phone beeped that it was time to awake

<fookey> btw.. I have pressures about if I succeed in meditation, and my pulse rises and I get hot and uncomfortable (at the beginning) then the flashes just started coming and I didn't time to think of anything else..

<Hermes`> and you have to grab them as they go by, so that sounds about right fook

<Hermes`> first I was near the water by a dock. A dolphin was making dolphin noises...

<MagicMan`> tip:what I do with the meditation is try to work the images, that is to try and make them produce other images from itself...that usually works well.

<Hermes`> I was riding a camel and saw someone in the distance. I met up with them (one of you) and handed them my canteen and then go off the camel. and pointed to the sultan's palace in the distance. This person got on the camel and rode off...
<Hermes`> Then lastly I was in space and could see the earth. It ended there.
<Hermes`> oh yea, there was a man with a cane walking with a limp
<Hermes`> he tried to bang me with his cane.

<Hermes`> I took his cane away and gave him a leg instead

<fook_> I was a bit lost at that point.. a longer pause between flashes at the point that I got to harbor.

<Hermes`> he had that big explosion
<Hermes`> but I don't know who was in the desert
<ThePure_1> my "report" left: I saw "just" my usual violet-pinkish color. but ALL felt so wonderful as always. The chakras were working nicely, except of course the first two which are totally blocked :(

<fook_> Pe-, there are very many meditation techniques, try some of those out, and see what suits you best

<fook_> Pe-, the "clear your mind" technique is trance meditation, as far as I know.. you can also help your chakras flow better by thinking a color
<Pe-> Oh, I want to learn how to reach trance state for 2 years

<Hermes`> what we do is use the group energy to help you to travel meditate.
<fook_> Pe-, yes.. just clear your mind and make yourself very comfortable physically, and then just wait.. the flashes will come

<fook_> Pe-, a technique for physical relaxation: tense your every muscle group, one at a time, like: feet, stomach, neck & jaws & tongue, hands or something like that.. harden a muscle group and then let it relax.. and after that notice the relaxation.. and move to another muscle group after you've gone trough your whole body

<angeleye> anyways a group I work in have brought acupuncture to the faculty of med. and I think it'll be a class next year

<Hermes`> I think in time medicine and these other forms of healing will merge into one
<Hermes`> then we will really have a powerful healing system for the planet.
<angeleye> well it has its qualities especially if you want to go to the patient on his or her own terms
<Hermes`> yes very true, you can only heal someone based on his or her belief system.
<angeleye> Yes...it makes me happy to hear those thoughts
<angeleye> well I think that energy can perform its nature with or without your acknowledging its power, but it has no respect to intrude on a person who is not ready
<Hermes`> yes, I have worked healings on people without their belief in it and without their knowledge. I do try to not do this anymore, unless it is absolutely necessary.

<Hermes`> yes that can happen. it happens more often when you start to feel or connect too emotionally with the other person.

<angeleye> I think that I have a tendency to take on and burn other peoples( sick peoples) bad karma. in other words take on the black spots that lack energy
<angeleye> I know this is risky for someone who is not a master

<Hermes`> then you wind up having to clear the karma
<angeleye> Its hard for me to seal myself off and still push energy outward
<angeleye> yeah ...and also keep track off where it portions it self in me

<angeleye> I have a small operation coming up and a friend of mine and I were sort of joking about how I might say to the nurses afterwards." hey I need to retrieve my soulparts pls. give me a couple of minutes

<angeleye> I wish hospitals and maybe the staff would consider a broader view on illness and disease
<Hermes`> well, I like to do a heart core healing on myself at the beginning of the session. You imagine a spot 20 feet in the air above your head, then the spot 20 feet below you, then connect the energy from each spot through your heart center..
<Hermes`> and of course if it is a real intense healing you can take a salt bath afterward to help clear the energy from you.
<angeleye> Yes ... I do something like that only I use the heart chakra and the base of my skull where I believe the energy pours from

<Hermes`> Epsom (spelling) salt (or better sea salt)
<Hermes`> at least a shower afterward
<angeleye> I got that.. but Ive never heard salt used in a cleansing manner
<angeleye> yes I shower before and after always
<Hermes`> well the salt helps pull the negative energy out of your body
<Hermes`> and it helps return your body to a higher vibration
<angeleye> I find that many methods overlap from different ideas and schools of spirituality...
<angeleye> I'm interested in the vibration thought.. I believe all things are in a state of vibration

<Hermes`> well I learned how to out of body travel, and after a few years, I was approached nonphysical by someone called John. He asked me if I wanted to learn some things and be a part of something bigger....
<Hermes`> I said sure. And shortly after that I was visited by various nonphysical teachers in my OBE's and dreams...
<Hermes`> and they taught me all sorts of things...
<Hermes`> then years later I started to write down and teach these things.

<angeleye> I sort of guessed the Elijah part from the bible which I read over and over again.. it's all there in the prophesies of old testament

<angeleye> if you are at that stage maybe you wont come back in the physical form

<Hermes`> I just want to get the most out of this life in terms of learning
<angeleye> I just mean that there is no longer a purpose for staying when you have remembered all

<angeleye> and I believe you have nothing to learn.. you cannot learn what you already know.. you just remember who and what You are

<Hermes`> so that knowledge must exist
