<MagicMan`> can you give me some hints on how to learn a particular lesson?
<Hermes`> practice, practice, patience, and practice
<MagicMan`> no I know what is the lesson
<MagicMan`> give me time to type will'ya ;)

<MagicMan`> How to be immune to what others say/think, meaning their reality creation towards you and your environment
<MagicMan`> I know this can be countered by one's own reality creation but any particular trick or formula?
<Hermes`> well is it that when people say something you believe it? Or is it that you are afraid of what their thoughts will do to your creation?
<MagicMan`> I'd say both but mainly the 2nd one
<MagicMan`> basically one says: "You're like this -----", or "You are going to do this or that"
<Hermes`> In the first case you will be impervious to others suggestions when you are really sure that you create this portion of your reality. Till that time, you have to use mantras or self-hypnosis techniques to fight the urge to think that way.
<Hermes`> and of course avoid those that think or talk like that
<MagicMan`> hm the 1st does not bother me that much but its good to know
<Hermes`> in the second case, energy is one key to this...
<Hermes`> the stronger of the two thoughts energywise will have the greater effect
<Hermes`> So now we come back to the MPE again
<MagicMan`> yes I have done that part
<Hermes`> another trick is to be silent about what you want to create, that way it won't go into the group reality.
<MagicMan`> some avoiding and some even countering their thoughts...that is basically directing them to another thought line or direction
<Hermes`> also you can use some power verses to help disperse the energy.
<Hermes`> if someone would say something that may undo a creation you are working on...
<Hermes`> you can say silently and powerfully...
<MagicMan`> isn't this a subject to one of the Aethyr lessons?
<MagicMan`> I got the feeling it is somehow
<Hermes`> "Mighty I Am within me, shatter and consume the energy from this person immediately so it does not effect my reality in any way"
<Hermes`> yes many of these reality-creating tricks come from the Aethyrs
<Hermes`> MAZ is the level where you learn some of the more powerful reality creating tricks
<Hermes`> but you do pick up others in the lower levels as well
<MagicMan`> hm I'm lagging a bit...ping me please

<MagicMan`> yes some of the stuff you're mentioning I have allready done and with good results

<Hermes`> sometimes I may fall into a trap when talking with others...
<Hermes`> I'll drop my guard and then start to fall back into old talking patterns...
<Hermes`> using some negative thoughts and wordings, just to 'fit in' to the conversation...
<Hermes`> when this happens and I realize it soon afterward..
<MagicMan`> hm yes I still got to fix a lot of those
<MagicMan`> I'm better than for example a year ago though
<Hermes`> I will say "Mighty I AM, shatter and consume this energy I inadvertently generated in this conversation. I will endeavor to do better next time."
<Hermes`> if you catch the energy soon enough after you said it, it may not undo your reality creating
<MagicMan`> yes that statement sounds powerful even from here
<MagicMan`> it is kinda strange while translating things to Portuguese for example it losses all meaning and power
<Hermes`> yes I know
<Hermes`> it is a problem at times
<MagicMan`> Mighty I AM, shatter and consume this energy I inadvertently generated in this conversation. I will endeavor to do better next time.

<Hermes`> the important part of this phrase however
<Hermes`> is the "Mighty I Am" part and the "shatter and consume"...
<MagicMan`> yes that kinda stands out
<Hermes`> it may be possible to construct it in your own language in a way that will preserve these two parts
<MagicMan`> specially since you use caps ;)
<Hermes`> the "I AM" self is the part of you that is in touch with the creative power of the Universe...
<MagicMan`> hm I see
<Hermes`> it is very old and ancient and has been taught in many esoteric schools...

<Hermes`> the "shatter and consume" is necessary to break up the energy quickly and leave no residue

<Hermes`> So part one, invokes the energy of creation, and part two directs it.
<MagicMan`> yes it so makes sense
<Hermes`> well you could use it in English
<MagicMan`> mentally of course
<Hermes`> many power phrases are said in their native language
<Hermes`> yes mentally
<Hermes`> the Oh-El-AA-Pay for example
<Hermes`> it is said in Enochian.
<MagicMan`> yea
<MagicMan`> now that's ultimate language power
<Hermes`> yes it is a most powerful language
<MagicMan`> the names of the Aethyrs guides in the Aethyrs are also Enochian, right?
<Hermes`> yes
<MagicMan`> I have not managed to translate them though
<Hermes`> well to be honest I have not translated most of them either
<Hermes`> I do translate them when I need to.
<MagicMan`> one things for sure their names don't appear on the Enochian callings
<Hermes`> well, lots of that stuff was channeled by John Dee, and there was no real complete system put together back then
<MagicMan`> yes John Dee...funny name cuz it reminds me of a comic book character of the same name
<MagicMan`> nicknamed Dr. Destiny in the comics
<MagicMan`> anyway I'm on a roll let me think of some follow-ups ;)
<MagicMan`> ah you ever heard of a place called 'malacandra' or the 'eldila' or the 'Oyarsa'? probably fiction as well
<MagicMan`> I'm sure that doesn't sound like startrek
<Hermes`> those don't sound familiar
<MagicMan`> ok just wondering...supposed to be spiritual/magic places and creatures so they could've existed
<Hermes`> it is possible, there are lots of those magical places mentioned in ancient texts from every culture
<MagicMan`> these old be probably non-human

<MagicMan`> I've been checking out pureheart's method for sleep...don't know how do you call it

<Hermes`> and you are having good results with this method?
<MagicMan`> I tried only a couple of times
<MagicMan`> it seems make you get sleepier faster
<MagicMan`> one thing though the brow chakra (third eye) activity is immense at times

<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> for about 30 seconds
<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> 2nd and last step
<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> you imagine and *feel* energy coming from earth into
<MagicMan`> your left foot and going up through your left side of body and
<MagicMan`> dawn the right side, out the right foot
<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> you repeat this for about 7-10 times
<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> and that's it.

<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> I then start feeling really strange
<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> like my consciousness gets out of my head, like it
<MagicMan`> gets a bit on the right from my head
<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> and then I start getting the images
<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> I'm just *aware* I'm falling asleep
<MagicMan`> <PureHeart> now a little practice is required so you don't fall
<MagicMan`> asleep soon, but stay in this vast-sea state for longer time

<Hermes`> that sounds like a nice way to help stay alert while going to sleep.
<MagicMan`> maybe get into a WILD experience?
<Hermes`> yea, if you can stay in that pre-dream state, all sorts of real fun things can happen
<MagicMan`> wild as in wake induced lucid dream :)
<Hermes`> you hear things, see things, and of course you can use it to program your subconscious mind.
<Hermes`> and it is a good place for healing work too
<Hermes`> self-healing I mean

<Hermes`> well you were close magicman, the idea is to be specific about whom you want to create the romance with, then let the Universe decide who to send you.

<Hermes`> otherwise you may force your reality creating will on another person.

<Hermes`> well it is not easy to remember it all
<Hermes`> but the more you practice the more you will remember
<Hermes`> I like your method pureheart
<Hermes`> the nice part of your method is that it grounds you to the earth. This help to set up an energy conduit that flows from spirit through your body and into the earth.

<Hermes`> grounding is so important when you are reaching upward spiritually.
<ThePure_1> ah yea, I should know that
<Hermes`> the higher you reach upward the more important it is to stay grounded.
<Hermes`> well you thought of it on your own
<Hermes`> in the beginning days of my training I used to wear little hematite stones on my person.
<Hermes`> and as my energy went up so did the number of stones i carried.
<Hermes`> Hematite is a good grounding stone and it helped to keep my energy flow constant.
<Hermes`> At times you may get energy boosts from your spirit guides and teachers...
<Hermes`> when this happens it can make you feel dizzy or light headed for a time...
<Hermes`> you can at this point just carry some hematite with you, to ground the energy out, till you adjust and establish a new natural ground for that energy.
