<Hermes`> well there are rumors of these kinds of things
<Hermes`> but I have never found one, nor have any of my teachers confirmed it

<Hermes`> unless you were an ascended master and knew how to transform your molecular structure

<sor_-> he speaks about a lot of things, about Atlantis, Lemurians, Arians etc

<Hermes`> Shambala is where the Spiritual government for planet earth is.
<Hermes`> it exists on the Etheric plane

<Hermes`> however these are just stories
<Hermes`> no one really has ever confirmed such a doorway.

<Hermes`> it takes me about 40 minutes or so to get re-centered in the body after a night of nonphysical work or travel.
<Hermes`> for that time the physical world feels so unreal
<Hermes`> needless to say, I'm not much of a morning person :)

<Hermes`> magicman, I have not found anything out on you. No visits this week
<MagicMan`> I'm asking cuz periodically I get this illness that takes from 3 days to a week to pass that affects my throat/nose area and this always starts after a night that I did not sleep properly or had strange dreams
<MagicMan`> I think I mentioned this before
<Hermes`> well
<MagicMan`> any ideas?
<Hermes`> if you are actively engaged in raising your consciousness, then this kind of thing will happen as your energy goes up.
<Hermes`> the body purges itself of built up toxins so that you can take on greater energy stores
<MagicMan`> I get this every few months
<Hermes`> yes generally your energy will go up about once every 3 or 4 months.
<MagicMan`> I' getting this now actually
<MagicMan`> and I got it sometime in the end of august
<GargowL> Hermes: remember that "breathing" stuff I had? I can see that "breathing" now... Instead of just feeling, now I also see the objects slowly expand and contract
<Hermes`> gargowl, that is the aura you can see right?
<GargowL> no, I see the objects expand and contract like they were breathing
<Hermes`> and when it is it that you see this gargowl
<Hermes`> what I mean gargowly, do you have to be in some altered form of consciousness or does this enhanced site just happen naturally?
<GargowL> I was working on the computer (I had stopped and I was thinking of a solution for a problem) and I started seeing the screen "breathing", then I looked at the speakers and they were also "breathing"
<GargowL> well, I was concentrating... I often feel the breathing when I concentrate
<Hermes`> everything does breathe, as you have seen Gargowl. Breathing is a natural process of everything in the universe.
<Hermes`> and what you are seeing is the energy going in and out of objects
<Hermes`> in that breath like fashion.
<Hermes`> Your brow chakra must be real sensitive these days and well tuned.
<FORTYoz> I did some downloading while I slept
* FORTYoz slept 13 hours

<Hermes`> that is a nice sleep
<FORTYoz> long:))
<MagicMan`> that's a little too much
<Hermes`> well if you do any regular nonphysical work, you need to get at least 10 hours sleep
<MagicMan`> it is not good for your heart to sleep that much
<PureHeart> well it's is good to sleep a lot, right?
<FORTYoz> I try for 10
<FORTYoz> I like sleeping
<FORTYoz> body heals a lot in sleep
<Hermes`> I have noticed that the healing part of my sleep anyway comes at the last 2 hours.
<Hermes`> so if I cut the sleep short, I miss the healings
<Hermes`> by the way pureheart you were helping me Friday evening with moving more of those nonphysical refugees.
<Hermes`> we moved them through the element fire that night
<PureHeart> really!
<Hermes`> yea, you did a good job
<MagicMan`> "nonphysical refugees"?!
<Hermes`> yes some kind of nonphysical project that was started a few weeks ago
<Hermes`> every 5 or 6 days we move these refugees or trapped souls from another element to the next
<Hermes`> the first one was through earth, in that one we were in tunnels
<MagicMan`> lots of question marks
<Hermes`> the second one was water, there were lots of floods in that one.
<Hermes`> third was air, big tornados in that one
<Hermes`> and Friday was fire, where we moved these souls up to the abyss with electrical energy currents
<MagicMan`> so you've done all of them where to now?
<Hermes`> the energy of spirit
<Hermes`> and that should be tonight
<Hermes`> the prep work I did last night
<Hermes`> of course having Halloween fall on this night is not a coincidence I'm sure
<PureHeart> heh
<PureHeart> so what is this energy of spirit exactly?
<MagicMan`> I guess that would be the equivalent to the Greek's ether
<Hermes`> energy of spirit is being without form
<MagicMan`> since all the others are of Greek discovery
<Hermes`> for these trapped souls it is the meeting with their divine spark.
<Hermes`> the pure energy of God that frees them forever
<Hermes`> I'm not sure how this may manifest
<Hermes`> I was surprise actually to see the element of fire take on electrical energy, but upon thinking about it, the magical element of fire is more like electricity than of fire.
<PureHeart> these are still living people?
<Hermes`> I don't know pureheart, it is a good question I do not have an answer for
<FORTYoz> Hermes`: up for a meditation today?
<Hermes`> We'll do the meditation on Thursday.
<MagicMan`> the times of by request are long by I guess
<FORTYoz> Hmm k, no one is @ work today
<MagicMan`> a meditation session would be great though...maybe it would help me with my throat/nose problems
<Hermes`> well it depends if there are any other questions
<Hermes`> if not we can move to a meditation
<FORTYoz> Wish I had some questions but my OBE stuff hasn't advanced much recently, except for the OBE I had last week (which was my first intentional (non spontaneous) one)
<MagicMan`> huh...I don't think I have any right now
<PureHeart> me neither
<Hermes`> okay then, we can do a meditation
<MagicMan`> I wonder if I can breath well enough
<Hermes`> well if you hold your breath long enough you will really have a trance going.

<MagicMan`> felt the energy and thought I'd give it a try

<MagicMan`> well...I struggled to move my arms to get out
<MagicMan`> finally when I knew time was up opened my eyes then found I was a bit paralyzed yeks
<MagicMan`> had to push a little to move
<MagicMan`> that's about it for the "OBE attempt"
<MagicMan`> I got a few images as well
<MagicMan`> but how about you guys?
<PureHeart> well I *know* I would have made it (get OBE) if I stayed there a bit longer
<MagicMan`> maybe me 2
<PureHeart> maybe we should do this group OBE attempt sometime again
<Hermes`> the energy was quite high tonight
<Hermes`> so no doubt you guys may have been able to travel with this one
<MagicMan`> for the images I got sunshine images...an eagle symbol (like the pilots have), also went for a stole in a old fashioned car about 1940's model, then went to out of the earth for a little view on the solar system, then I saw shadowy figures which I think were from you guys in the room
<MagicMan`> started saying 'give me light give me power' half way through don't know why ...was about that time I entered trance
<PureHeart> :) I was flying over the sea in the white sky, completely white and then too went to space, "rested" on a few planets
<Hermes`> wow nice pureheart, you got to do things
<MagicMan`> yea pure! nice work!
<PureHeart> there were a few others flying on that white sky too
<PureHeart> and you Hermes?
<MagicMan`> I saw also mountains covered with snow and a sunrise behind them
<Hermes`> for a long time all I got was I was standing on top of a high icy mountain...
<Hermes`> I was waiting for you guys to come out of a hole in the ground that went to a cave
<Hermes`> after that I decided to fly into the sky
<MagicMan`> nice....I got the impression we were lined up in front of the mountains checking out the view
<Hermes`> and then went into space
<Hermes`> then I returned to the icy mountain top and waited for it
<FORTYoz> I saw my headache

<FORTYoz> I'm gonna OBE attempt when I get home
<Hermes`> well fortyoz maybe you needed the energy

<Hermes`> at least it was the view I saw

<MagicMan`> I remember having the idea I was lined up in front of them with you guys
<MagicMan`> I was also in space
<MagicMan`> only in our solar system though
<PureHeart> well I also know in the beginning I was running over some grass, and then climbing some stairs and then flying
<Hermes`> I did get a grassy spot at the end of the meditation
<Hermes`> perhaps I picked up on that
<MagicMan`> maybe I did as well I have a faint idea of that
<MagicMan`> I also saw a shadowy face of a woman I think
<MagicMan`> and general movement
<PureHeart> so any idea what all this meant?
<MagicMan`> other than radiohead is spot on ? :)
<PureHeart> don't remember that mountain, or any mountain
<Hermes`> well it means we did a good job of all hooking up to each other
<Hermes`> for the most part right now this is teaching all of you how to do this travel meditation stuff
<Hermes`> eventually you will start to go places and do things on your own
<MagicMan`> Í have no idea how to get to the level you are at hermes
<Hermes`> the grassy place is a place where you can meet Sandalphon...
<Hermes`> if you walk a bit over the grass you will come to a castle
<Hermes`> and then you go inside and meet with Sandalphon.
<Hermes`> magicman you don't have to know how to get where I am, you will just get there on your own
<Hermes`> does that make sense?
<PureHeart> really!! you saying I was a step away from HIM...... aww..
<MagicMan`> I just you has a comparison ...to say that I have no idea how to get to that level of travel meditation with you its an OBE actually
<MagicMan`> wow there he's not a god or anything :)

<PureHeart> ahh HE taught me lesson of my life for sure.

<Hermes`> no, this is what happens, from experience
<Hermes`> many students go through it like this

<PureHeart> I really started working on this real intensively and dedicated.
<MagicMan`> yes I remember the pharaoh :)
<Hermes`> what happens is Sandalphon is keyed into my energy pattern and when we connect like this in meditation it enables certain realities or programs to be played out.
<Hermes`> these starter programs or realities get you hooked into the system so you can travel freely on your own
<Hermes`> the grassy place is one of those programs.
<Hermes`> another one is the beach with the water and waves
<PureHeart> I was at the beach too!

<MagicMan`> for me Sandalphon is the pharaoh and a mix of Egyptian and Greek features
<Hermes`> Yes Sandalphon does like that Egyptian image

<Hermes`> now you just have to choose which one to start by
<PureHeart> the beach definitely :)
<Hermes`> with the beach one, you usually meet Sandalphon on the beach someplace
<Hermes`> and he will give you something.
<Hermes`> if he is not on the beach then you have to walk away from the water to perhaps a castle or a hut
<Hermes`> of course your individual adventures may differ.
<Hermes`> these are just to get you started and into the Tree of life system

<Hermes`> we had an extra session tonight
<Hermes`> you will get there too Fortyoz, it does take several sessions before you start to get things
