<Hermes`> yes we do a 15-minute travel meditation, which we start in about 27.3 minutes
<Hermes`> then when we come back we compare what each of saw and experienced and try to make some sense out of it
<Hermes`> the meditation is not mandatory
<Hermes`> it just spices things up around here and anyone who wants to give it a go can participate
<Robael> can I do this meditation with you?
<Hermes`> yes sure
<ThePure_1> not to mention how interesting it can get
<Hermes`> yes each new person puts more stuff into the mix

<Robael> what can I do for initiate travel meditation?
<Hermes`> we did figure out your follow-up lunch adventure to the meditation last Thursday Magicman. It is at the end of Tuesday's log
<Hermes`> Okay Robael, all you do is relax and clear your mind. Then try to catch any images or feelings you may have.
<MagicMan`> yes I read the rest of the log
<Hermes`> later after the meditation you try to put these images and feelings into some kind of order or a story
<Hermes`> often all our stories interconnect in some way

<Hermes`> now if this is your first meditation like this it is normal just to see some light or just feel something
<Hermes`> it usually takes two or three of these before you actually start to recall real good images and connect it to some kind of a travel adventure
<Hermes`> So what I am saying is don't be to hard on yourself at first here.
<Hermes`> just relax and try to enjoy the energy and if you happen to catch something then great
<Hermes`> what usually happens is that as we recount these visions you may say "Oh I did see something like this for a second."
<Hermes`> this kind of interaction helps to unlock this travel ability within you and is part of the process here.

<Hermes`> I don't think so

<Robael> I learn to read, it was pure totality system of socialism in our country
<Robael> and we have no books, no magazines of any spiritual or any esoteric themes

<Robael> One day my friend gave me an article of indic yoga men, who burn himself under earth for thirty days. I bought this article of my friend for 10 krones
<Robael> It was in that times much money
<Robael> but I knew it's very important for me
<Robael> after a year I found in other friend house very old book of yoga and I change it for some of my children toys
<Robael> I try to exercise, but my parents said it's stupid and that I'm crazy child
<Robael> but after years I know I always be interested in spirit, universe, God, I could not run away of it. That's my karma. I decided to learn this way, and I'm happy of it.
<Robael> And I'm happy now, that somewhere are people who understand that and hear what I want to tell them

<fookki> I hate it when people here in Finland are aggressively questioning me when I'm going to join the army.. I could do the civil service, but about 70% of Finnish people would dislike me and 29% hate me :..(

<Robael> but people must to learn accept other opinions
<Hermes`> ultimately fook you have to decide what is best for you.

<Robael> Everyone try to speak about others, but nobody looks on ourself
<Robael> fook, you must tell to yourself, why all the people is looking at me this way? Remember all is your mirror, and everything has some meaning to you
<Robael> Everything is mirroring some of your inner self
<Robael> It's on you to find out what YOU want to tell to YOURSELF
<fookki> hermes, it's a very very hard decision. I am beginning to think that the pressure form other citizens is just too massive. I don't want to risk my own children's future.. so I'm forced to do against my self consciousness (I think I have never been able to do that before) I'd have very hard time in army because of moral problems

<fookki> roabel, I think that's too hard task for me.. I might take the safer way
<Hermes`> I think Jason did the civil service thing
<fookki> Hermes`, the people who are going to civil service are treated even worse than criminals (exaggerated, but you'll get the point)
<Hermes`> well then fook you just have to reality create it better for you
<Robael> hermes, in every country it is different
<fookki> I know something like 5 people who did and one who rather went to "open prison" than civil service
<Hermes`> well I have always made my life on finding the golden road among the tar ones
<Hermes`> in other words, you create what you want, don't let others tell you what you may find.

<fookki> hermes of course! all the time! but the problem is I don't know what is best for me (what I want)

<Hermes`> I was first on top of a tall building, like a tower
<Hermes`> it was very high you could see the curve of the earth and space
<Hermes`> then I went to the sea very briefly
<Hermes`> then left there and went to a place in ancient Egypt, a crystal cave
<Hermes`> but actually it was a building
<Hermes`> they just called it that back then

<fookki> I might be.. here's my story: I didn't get any unexplainable flashes. I got flashes from previous events of my life.. also I thought of some moral issues (in very general level) and got answers to many of them.. and in addition to those just enjoyed the energies.. this wasn't a deep one.. I think I'm too hungry now for deep med.

<Robael> hermes, how can you recognize, what is your imagination and what is vision?
<Hermes`> well that is why we talk about them here
<Hermes`> so you learn how to distinguish between them
<Hermes`> part of our experiences will be shared
<Hermes`> after awhile you just learn how to focus and tune into these
<ThePure_1> I remember big nice white clouds, I was on one. the rest that I saw was personal, I'm not really "allowed" to tell you that

<MagicMan`> I also saw some kind of cross decorated with gems, pearls and stuff like that it was probably the Rose Cross

<ThePure_1> 2 angels were with me, with wings, and one really big angel. on that cloud

<Hermes`> yes, they can take human form for a time

<zor--_> I flew trough clouds till reaching a door, gold one, guess was the entry of paradise:)at least in collective imagination
<Hermes`> well they will materialize and then do what they have too and leave

<ThePure_1> so this big angel took me higher, to pretty dark place.. don't remember anything from there
<Hermes`> well if we were angels we would not be here
<Robael> but in our past? was we? or we shall be in future?
<Robael> or what we are?
<Hermes`> was there a big bridge near this dark place
<ThePure_1> hm I really don't remember anything from there. what about this bridge?
<Hermes`> Robael, we all come from that divine state, which we left and then got caught here on the planet. now we must evolve back to that divine state.
<Hermes`> well one of the places I went toward the end of the meditation was to the Holy City which stands on the brink of the Abyss. The Abyss is a very dark place, but the holy city is very nice. I did leave quickly...
<Robael> It's strange, why we left divine state when we must come back in very hard way?
<Hermes`> because I thought this may not be a good place to draw you guys too for too long.
<Hermes`> Robael, we were nuts, that's why
<Hermes`> the bridge crosses the abyss
<Hermes`> it goes from the holy city to the plane of spirit
<Robael> How could we be nuts, when we were in divine state?
<fookki> hermes are all the people drunk all the time in the planet of spirit? :D
<Hermes`> it is a very nice place, they are very happy there, but very determined to continue to perfect themselves
<Hermes`> pureheart that bridge is one of the places we were helping those nonphysical refugees to get too.

<Hermes`> the holy city is bright, but the abyss is very dark
<Hermes`> It is a strange nonphysical place because you have this bright city sitting on the edge of nothingness.
<Robael> hermes can we understand God, while we are incarnate in this world?
<Hermes`> we can try Robael
<Hermes`> but as humans we can only understand so much
<Hermes`> in fact Iris got something like that in last weeks meditation from the King of the Etheric city we visited then.
<Robael> how much incarnates is needing for move to lighter body?
<zor--_> none got a red-hair girl or icy lake?
<MagicMan`> I got a girl in the beginning if that comforts you
<Hermes`> the girl may have been my spirit guide
<Hermes`> she was around
<Hermes`> but it also could be someone else
<Hermes`> well Robael everyone is different. it is how ever many lives it takes to learn all the human lessons and reconnect yourself with God
<Hermes`> most of us have been on the planet for at least several hundred incarnations

<Hermes`> I myself am astonished at how far I came away from God over the centuries and how hard it has been to try to return to that state of being.

<Hermes`> it was different and it was very overpowering

<Hermes`> after a time, the spirit became the dream

<Hermes`> those that are not fooled are now masters and angels
<Hermes`> and they help us to remove the veil that keeps us from being with them
