<Hermes`> there is an Aethyr level where you can go and see the universe that way. Part of you could of been there.

<Hermes`> blue robe beings, they are probably the nonphysical order you belong to
<FORTYoz> heh that makes sense, I felt accepted there
<Hermes`> there are several different ones, blue, green, brown, red, black, white
<Hermes`> I believe the blue robe people are manifestors
<Hermes`> the brown robe beings are earth centered people, that nurture and make things grow
<FORTYoz> they were just mingling with each other like a cocktail party
<Hermes`> yea probably celebrating that you got out of the body
<Hermes`> well you are doing real good there
<FORTYoz> what do you think about the viewpoint in the hands?
<Hermes`> that could be a lesson,
<Hermes`> that you create the world you see around you
<Hermes`> it is most likely connected to that image of the universe thing as well
<Hermes`> part of the same lesson
<Hermes`> the universe is an image of ourselves projected outward
<Hermes`> you will find that many of your OBE's have very strong messages in them or lessons
<FORTYoz> hmm
<FORTYoz> I feel cold in the nonphysical
<FORTYoz> and when I wake up I have goosebumps... but its not that cold
<Hermes`> well that may be because it is unfamiliar to you
<FORTYoz> yeah I get spooked a lot
<FORTYoz> mostly cuz I live alone
<Hermes`> feelings and things that happen to you on the nonphysical are messages or symbols of something else.
<Hermes`> so being cold on the nonphysical does not mean you are really cold, cause there is no temperature there.
<FORTYoz> hmm
<Hermes`> On every OBE I try to find the hidden physical and nonphysical meanings
<Hermes`> however, because you are just beginning, just have fun with it
<FORTYoz> those OBE's I wrote a bout were quite longer but some of it I don't remember now
<Hermes`> you can focus more on the meanings later
<FORTYoz> yeah, each OBE I get more control. It's nice
<Hermes`> your memory of the experience will fade fast; which is why it is good to write it down as soon as possible.
<FORTYoz> yea, I wrote these this morning..
<Hermes`> often too, you have to determine just what you want to remember before you return to the body...
<Hermes`> you will find that in an out of body state your mind is expanded...
<Hermes`> it can experience much more than the physical brain can...
<Hermes`> however when you try to put all the information into the physical brain, there is just not enough room.
<Hermes`> so at times you have to choose what you are going to remember before you return to the body
<FORTYoz> I'll leave a pad and paper next to my bed
<Hermes`> yea, that or a tape recorder
<Hermes`> but actually...
<FORTYoz> even better
<Hermes`> when I leave a tape recorder by my bed, I wind up dictating the experience into the recorder while I'm still out of the body...

<Pure`> like not "only" *know* in the mind how our beliefs are responsible for our health, but to really *FEEL* so with the physical body, with every cell
<Pure`> as truth
<Pure`> and so with everything, not only health. But with rc'ing too
<Pure`> and everything!

<Hermes`> I do
<Hermes`> you become a master of creation when you can feel it down to the bones
<Hermes`> when you can believe it without doubt or question and know that it is so.

<FORTYoz> I usually just think what I wanna say and they reply
<Hermes`> yes telepathy works real well there

<Hermes`> yea, I'm there about 3 times a week
<Hermes`> but I never know when
<FORTYoz> you felt my presence in non physical before?
<Hermes`> you may have been to the nonphysical shop on a couple occasion, but often I do not know who people are.
<FORTYoz> ah.
<Hermes`> I do know them when we work on them in some way
<Hermes`> but when we meet there as a class, then things are a bit blurry
<FORTYoz> what's the easier way for you to get to the workshop?
<FORTYoz> er
<FORTYoz> easiest
<Hermes`> well, you just think, "Hermes Nonphysical shop" and then lift up in the air and let the currents take you there.
<Hermes`> first you will move slowly
<Hermes`> then whoosh
<Hermes`> you will travel a bit and then be there
<Hermes`> it will be interesting to see if you can make it
<Hermes`> and it would be nice to have people there on a conscious level
<iWonder> how about a picture Hermes, something visual to tune in ?
<Hermes`> oh that is easy
<Hermes`> It looks like an Autoshop
<Hermes`> I guess that comes from the days when I was a mechanic

<Hermes`> and up the block from it is the Magic Shop
<Hermes`> and two doors down from the Magic shop is some kind of church
<Hermes`> the rest of the buildings I do not go into so I do not know what they are

<Hermes`> as everything in the nonphysical
<Hermes`> but usually people see it as small on the outside and big on the inside
<Hermes`> Like Camelot, there is much to it

<xor--> last time I've been there was big in and outside:)

<xor--> in what plane is astral shop?
<Hermes`> well in the very very beginning it was on the astral plane
<Hermes`> but because of the nature of the astral plane, it was better to relocate it on the etheric plane
<Hermes`> on the etheric plane we can do work on the physical and nonphysical body more easily there
<Hermes`> and it is very physical like on the etheric plane
<Hermes`> so this makes it more pleasant and easy to tune into
<FORTYoz> I think I went from a dream to lucid to OBE last night
<FORTYoz> cuz I remember watching TV in my dream and then saying.. um, I'm dreaming why am I watching TV .. then my head started going crazy and I popped out

<Hermes`> Camelot some of the people here visit during our on line Thursday meditation
<iWonder> I think I was in TEX, 2 or 3 times
<Hermes`> the magicshop is run by a nice man, and he dispenses spells and potions and things like that
<Hermes`> he also does card tricks

<naf> Hermes`, I started doing MPE again today, because I have been really tired lately. Let's see if it helps. :)

<Hermes`> often when you do these routines you are not aware how they help you until you stop doing them.
<naf> yep, I remember now how happy and energetic I felt back then. ;)

<Hermes`> it really makes your reality very focused

<Hermes`> another thing that helps is using chi-breath You breath in through the pores of your skin and out through the pores of your skin.
<Hermes`> I do this one too for a minute or two several times a day
<naf> so I'll just imagine it?
<Hermes`> you can, but you can actually feel it
<Hermes`> just suck the air in through your skin as you breathe in
<naf> yep, it happens automatically already at the moment.
<naf> but you'll like enhance it. Ok.
<Hermes`> yes you must enhance it
<Hermes`> that way you get the benefit from it
<Hermes`> this takes in good energy and lets out bad
<naf> so, what are the benefits?
<naf> oh
<Hermes`> I have found I stay healthier when I use chi-breath
<Hermes`> it seems very good for purging the body of toxins

<naf> man, I've been really tired lately. I've slept during lessons and I even gained a price of "the sleepy 3rd year student" :)

<Hermes`> I was really tired. My sprint guide sent this electric shock through my body...
<Hermes`> it jolted me out of the seat and I was not only awake for the test but all night long

<Hermes`> yea spirit guides are useful for physical things too.

<Hermes`> this is not an easy answer
<Hermes`> the universe has a single unified force that binds everything together. this force is aware.
<gnosis-> In the sense of sense of communicating with a soul?
<Hermes`> you can become one with this force and feel it within yourself
<gnosis-> And at that time would this force 'speak' to you?
<Hermes`> there is no real verbal communication that goes on.
<Hermes`> it is a knowing presence
<Hermes`> loving
<gnosis-> Or is really a self-explanatory awareness.
<Hermes`> you can communicate on a more verbal level with sprit guides and archangels
<gnosis-> Sorry, I don't mean speak as in verbally...but just communication.
<Hermes`> you can communicate with this inner God-presence
<Hermes`> but it is not verbal communication, it is a loving, knowing connection
<Hermes`> but of course that is how I perceive it

<Hermes`> God is perceived in many ways through our own individualities

<Hermes`> no not that I can find
<gnosis-> yeah
<Hermes`> it is your unique perspective of the Universe through God's eyes
<gnosis-> Is it accurate to say that attention is individuality?
<gnosis-> the perception of one thing or process at a time
<gnosis-> -not perceiving all that exists at once.
<Hermes`> well perception is a way to perceive individuality
<Hermes`> but I find individuality is my own unique place in the center of everything I find

<gnosis-> If the difference is purely choice, then it isn't blasphemy to say that a soul can evolve in God.

<Hermes`> it is the quest of all of us to evolve ourselves toward God, so I would say it is not blasphemy.
<iWonder> we try to lay things down as logic as possible
<gnosis-> Yeah, but such a concept has many implications, it means that the 'self' is purely superficial...that there really is no soul.

<gnosis-> -superficial as in existing only in the subtle planes.
<Hermes`> well as you go upward in the various reality planes you become more one with God, but you still to retain your sense of self.
<Gnosis> but beyond that the differences between the soul or self and god disappear.
<Hermes`> true these labels are merely so that we can put ourselves on a map of where we are in relation to God

<Hermes`> and I am God
<Hermes`> we all or God
<gnosis-> The sense of self, that is what I am getting at.
<Hermes`> well you never lose that sense of self
<gnosis-> What creates the 'sense of self' ?

<Hermes`> it is your unique path that creates it
<Hermes`> I create my world different from you, and that creates a sense of self
<Hermes`> each of us are expressions of God just seeing the universe in different ways
<gnosis-> But can the sense of self be changed, or is it eternal?
<Hermes`> your sense of self does expand as you go upward in the nonphysical levels
<Hermes`> In my own experience I do not find my sense of self diminishing as I go upward on the various planes of existence

<gnosis-> Until it fulfills itself?

<Hermes`> perhaps the expansion never ends
<Hermes`> my nonphysical teachers do not ever speak of an end to the universe or of the self
<gnosis-> So, you could call this eternal sense of self the soul.
