It also helps you to interpret what happens in a nonphysical environment, because it is vastly different from a physical one. Next I cover dreams and how to use them in your daily reality creating. Dreams are powerful reality creators, once you learn how to use and alter them. Next I cover crystal meditation. Meditation has been around for centuries, but adding crystals to your meditation is like stepping the power up 1000 percent. These gems help your physical body rid itself of negative energy. Freeing yourself of this negative energy allows you to soar physically and nonphysically. Next we move on to some basic tools you can use to affect the nonphysical side of reality and thus change the physical side. These tools are simple, safe, fun, and anyone can use them. Out of body travel is discussed next. OBT is like being awake in a dream. You are fully aware of your surroundings and from this state of being you can make changes to your reality.
