For strengthening your energy field and for drawing in divine light
For a more complete explaination of what is going on press here (taken from Reality Creator II Book)

1. Face East, hands out to sides and say: I N R I YUD, NUN, RASIH, YUD The Sign of Osiris Slain.

2. Form L with hands, look at left hand, bow head, say: The Sign of the Mourning of Isis.

3. Form V with head back, looking upward and say: The Sign of Typhon and Apophis.

4. Form X with hands, head bowed and say: The Sign of Osiris Risen.

5. Form all three previous hand movements in order and say: The light of the cross.

6. Arms out to side and say: Virgo, Isis, Mighty Mother Scorpio, Apophis, Destroyer So, Osiris, slain and risen...

7. Raise arms, saying: Isis, Apophis, Osiris, EE-AH-OH

8. Feel the white light descending upon you as lower your arms and you say: Let the Divine Light descend!
